Simon has been the driving force behind the success of the pageants and it’s story and success, using his entertainment experience and model and events company to stage the event each year.  The themes got bolder and stage bigger, each year raising the bar.

The charity element has always been at the heart of the Miss story and since 2009 over £100k has been raised for charities right here in the North-East. Charities that we have supported have been for three years Global’s Make Noise, others include Butterwick Hospice, Cash for Kids, Grace House, Marie Curie, St Oswalds, Sunderland Foundation and Help for Heroes respectively. The Miss winners and the finalists and our wonderful audience have all played their part in helping support those amazing charities.
